Do You Invest in Real Estate?

I only have current apartment where I live. I had idea of having another biger space where I would live and rent this but I am not anymore sure. I hear to much bad story about tenants behavior.

I have bought my own home many years ago,. The value of my property has appreciated considerably. I do not have to worry about paying rent. If I have saved enough money, I would like to buy another property and rent it out. That would be a great source of passive income.

Not for my part specifies, i didnt invest on it, but if I have inheritance in real state by my family so somehow it is as if I was invested on it.

I want to invest in the real estate because I know the rate of the property increases faster than any other investment but the thing is I don't have a budget to buy a property at the moment.
