Urdu is a very popular language in Muslim countries and in India too people speak and some are good at writing but not very popular in my state.

Urdu is very popular in India but in our state it's not very popular these days schools don't teach this language and kids are not interested to learn too

I have never heard of it. And i worked with Muslims for years.i was actually begining to understand them when they talked since I spent so much time arond them.

Urdu is basically popular in people where there is majority of Muslims and even in Africa there are Muslims in large number so that's why Heat man is aware of this language
