Oh. I didn't know you can consume them in that manner. Would it be advisable to add honey to the mix. Its also great for your health and it adds some taste

Good luck but don't over do, only take max 5 almonds in a day, empty stomach

One of my friends wanted to try and when she tried she ate almost 40 almonds lol and was then stayed in toiled for hours lol

Adding to cakes, custard, sweet dish, etc is good but they are best when you have these on empty stomach and for that, you need to soak these in water overnight or for 5-6 hours and should be taken after peeling of the skin.

I always enjoy it used in making cakes. It gives a special kind of taste to cakes it's used to make. My grandma makes it so well that I got addicted to it.

Almonds are one of the best dry fruits and that's why we should certainly try the California almonds and better to have these soaked overnight and eat after peeling the skin

In Nigeria, children use to call it fruit. It is of my later days as an adult I realized that the name is called almond. We have it in primary schools where children use to pick it and eat. I though if adult use to eat it here as such.
