I enjoy being around people who are articulate and engaging conversationalists. However, I also value balance in communication. Someone who consistently dominates discussions or rarely pauses to listen can be exhausting.
I find it quite annoying if the person keeps on talking without taking into account the listener's reaction. I enjoy a well-balanced two way communication.

I don't talk much so I guess it would be pretty awkward if am in a place and none of us is talking. Though I have my limits, and there are times I just do not want to talk.
It works both ways and ideally it's fine to be with someone who talks a lot so you won't feel bored but they do talk a lot so you may sometimes want them to just shut up lol
