"Easy" I don't know if preparing Icecream is easy, unless you are talking about flavoured stick ice, not "cream".

There are easy recipes which are veggie. I make one that it is so delicious. I mix coconut milk with 3 bananas. The mixture is like cream or smoothie. Then I put it to freeze and that's all! It is my favourite flavour. You can try it. You only need bananas, coconut milk and a blender.

There is Ube ice cream brand which is also good. It is so yummy. Ube brand of ice cream is my alternative in the absence of Rocky Road.
