Which do you prefer on a site, asking questions and getting answers from a chat box that might be faster or a human that might be a little slow but answer the questions better?

Are you sure that was not an abandoned site some sites online are no longer operational so your questions might not be answered

At times there maybe a few twist in my question compare to the programmed one but the bot will end up repeating same thing over again which is frustrating

For me I would prefer human to chat bot. Most of the boys can't provide a solution for the query if the problem you have is not in line with the list of automated queries.

I prefer human. Chatbox annoys me a lot of times. It's just like wasting my time
