Lol, well they are mostly programmed with frequently asked questions but the good thing is that they are always prompt.

Expressing you self to bot it just a waste of time as far as your inquiry isn't in its programmed list.

In my opinion, chatbots are good for those people who tend to feel depress. They can talk with a robot. But then, it is still best if there are people who are willing to listen their sentiments in life.

I read an article that chatbots were created for those people who are in depression. In my opinion, it is also a good way as an outlet to burst out how they feel in certain things.

I do use chatbox especially when I'm ordering on McDonald's through the app. I always have issues so I opt to use the chatbox which initially is a bot, but a real person will answer your questions afterwards.

Bots are repetitive in nature. They don't have ability to inject emotional intelligence to their answers. They keep repetitive the same answer over and over again. I prefer human being interaction, it is more real and natural.
