If I was to be in such shoes, I will outrightly go straight to the sellers counter and explain my mind , I don't care if the seller take it personal, after all customers are always right. I can also push my friends to complain about the same issue. When there is multiple compliant about one issue there should be a change. But where and how to complain? People find it difficult to know it that is why they don't.

Kids are really amazing. They are innocent. They can make people happy in their awesome ways like biting/sucking sugarcane juice. I can imagine their facial expressions. Those kids won't forget such easily, the kid I gave it to back then still wants more. Lol, although then he was toothless but was still able to suck a few drops but now he is ready to compete with me

Boys teeth are sacrifice just to bite and suck juice of the sugarcane. They're so innocent babies.I wonder how the toothless boy was able to suck sugarcane when people having teeth find it difficult.
If the government is to bam selling of such sugarcane juice then it will better. Health is wealth, some people will care less about the hygiene of the juice which might have a bad aftermath. So banning such will make people opt into biting the canes to get the juice themselves. But what to do when everywhere you find the same thing. It's people who can do something about it by totally boycott it or the government totally bans selling the sugarcane juice.
The government won't that that drastic move without informing the sellers about the said allegation. Banning such business without second chance will just create more burdens for the governments "to be forewarned is to before harmed".But that wouldn't be a good idea for the government to shut those small shops and snatch away their employment. Rather they should make them aware of their using unhygienic methods of extracting the juice.
Parents are also expected to play the guardian role on their kids to protect them from unhygienic drinks.Yome people are naïve about the fact that it's harmful to their health or should I say they careless about their health so it's expected for the government to enlightenment them about the dangers of taking such juice
Yes that's right parents need to monitor their kids it's not good to let them decide alone.
But kids have their own way they can decide as peer influence. The government won't that that drastic move without informing the sellers about the said allegation. Banning such business without second chance will just create more burdens for the governments "to be forewarned is to before harmed".
