I used to do that most of the times LOL and they are good for health too but these days they are so expensive so I do not have these.

I do not use in every dish, just the select Italian and Filipino ones. Whenever I fry fish, I often use them to whip up a dipping sauce.

There are a few recipes where tomatoes are required both veg and non veg dishes.

Not all of our local dishes need to use tomatoes. But we can have them in raw and added some condiments.
