I only eat raw carrots. We always use carrots in most of our dishes but I don't eat them if they're cooked, unless they're finely shredded and included in some recipes like meatballs and rolls.

I seldom eat raw carrots. I usually cook them before eating. Carrots are great as an ingredient in many dishes. I sometimes make red and green carrot soup with pork.
