Mate, you can have nutritional and very healthy noodles. you just need to have enough veggies to your noodles to get enough nutrients off it.I seldom prepare noddles at home, maybe once a year. There's no nutrients in noddles. I prefer vegetables soup and shrimps soup.
Yup when I make them they seem to be plain but at the restaurant they add souces and spices to add flavorThey put some extra spices at restaurant that's why the noodles they prepare has a better taste than what you prepare at home.
