Ponzi schemes are not registered under government regulations. Their websites do not last beyond a year. Where they default payments, they cannot be prosecuted. What is your views on investing on ponzi scheme?.

Yes it is not legal. They tend to use the first money they get from does who come in later to pay the first investors, this is why only does who invest on time usually cash out, and they do not last.
