That is the thing about binance pay for whoever you are sending crypto to must be using binance so that they can redeem what you sent through binance pay also to their sport wallet.

There is even nothing to redeem. Some people will not even send it to their spot wallet because they may want to send that coin to another person so they will just leave the money in that wallet.
