Setting an alarm is very helpful to schedule in your time and you should follow it critically.It really depends. I find it hard to sleep past 3-4 hours at any given time, and I generally have to fall asleep again when I wake up. Half of the time, I will wake up again before my alarm, but I generally need to set it, just incase I don't wake up automatically.
