In my opinion, we really need to repair or repair the house before it is rented out, such as replacing damaged parts of residential houses, painting the house, cleaning the yard. So that will increase the rental price and will also make people more interested in renting the house, what do you think?

In my case, we do not rent a house. We have two residences. The other one is rented. But I think, that's what others were doing if renting. The reason to repair something in their house is to make it look so good again.

I think you raise a valid point, investing in repairs and renovations before renting out a house is a smart move. It will not only improve the overall appearance of the house but also attract more potential renters.

It is advisable to repair the house or apartment before it will be rented by other people. Moreover, the landowner will maintain the condition of the place.

I wouldn't even rent a home that is in bad condition or shape to start with. So without proper repairs I wouldn't rent a dilapidated home.
Hmmmm . . . not even if they made it worth your while to supply some of the repairs yourself with lower rent or temporary discounts?

If you own a house that is unoccupied and costing you money every month, would that influence your decision to rent it without doing repairs you could not afford to do?

I can't move into a house that is tattered and unrepaired. That's why from my rent, the landlord needs to fix things in the house and impose caution fee to prevent tenants from spoiling things and leaving.
