I never heard of this forum before but it seems like it's fake and I don't like it even if it would be promising I still wouldn't post on there because I have no time

I have never heard of this forum before too, however, I will research it tonight to see if it is legitimate or not. The number of scam forums has increased and we must research before joining

Why are they not speaking in English?

I don't defend scammers but it don't have to be on English language. It can be good forum on local language and still work fine. In Croatia we have giant forum on
local language and it works great.

I have not heard if this site nor applied. It might be a waste of time and effort. Worse if it is a scam site. It's better to ignore this site.

There are many forums online but not all of them are paid to post.

I think this was pay to post but they scammed users so we don't need to take risk
