These days I only wear sports shoes so I just need to clean these with a wet cloth but some people do wear formal shoes and you need to get these polished.

I seldom wear formal shoes at work. On ordinary days I wear Crocs sandals or sneakers. I don't polish them everyday because it doesn't get dusty in a day b6 just staying in my office.

Yes but we report to the faculty office once a week. And midterm and final exams face to face.

I work from home. When I go out, I usually wear sports shoes or sandals in summer. If I have to attend a special occasion and need to wear a pair of formal leather shoes, I may polish them before I wear them.

I only polish my shoes if I need to attend a special occasion. Since I am working from home, I do not need to do this religiously.
