Do you prefer a lady boss or a gent boss?

I donot think I would ever be comfortable working for a lady boss That has never happend with me. Not that all bosses I had I was happy with but my preference was always to work for gent bosses. The last one I had created great memories to reminisce . He has now migrated to the US.

I do not have my preferences in terms of having bosses. As for me, the most important thing is that they are competent enough to do their respective jobs. If they are incompetent, I do not want to work with them at all costs.

I have no preference. I have worked for both male and female boss. As long as s(he) is competent, has leadership skills, has respect and care for his/her subordinates, I think s(he) is a good boss.

Generally gents dole out what you call respect more than a female boss does as a rule. That is my observation.

Contrary to popular opinions here, I prefer to work with a lady boss. I really have my way around ladies as I see them as people you can easily convince unlike the guys who are always rational and logical.

I think I would prefer a male boss. They tend to show more empathy than most people of my gender that have power.
