Do you prefer a sole proprietorship business?

A sole proprietorship businesses a type of business that is owned and operated by a single person. It is important to know that in a sole proprietorship business, you do not have a legal distinction between the business and its owner and what this portend is that the owner has full control and he is also responsible for every aspect of the business.

Yes, I prefer soleownership business, however of needed I am also not afraid to go into a partnership business. When I am into a partnership business I alway make sure that I have written contracts.

For now I am going to go with being a sole business owner. Maybe with time I might consider going into a partnership business with someone else. But right now am not prepared for that.

For me I am going with sole proprietorship first of all don't even have anyone I can fully trust to go into a partnership with, secondly am not mentally mature enough to do that along the line I will definitely cause of course I want expansion in my business

If I start a business, I prefer sole proprietorship. While partnership may have the advantage of sharing experience and knowledge, I have seen many companies getting into trouble because of disagreements among partners.
