I personally don't have any problem taking pills that are beaten as long as they are going to work when it comes to taking care of my health.

Yes it's good for the health and no side effects as well but in case of emergency do not depend on it ! as per the medical science hemopathy works in with favorable condition of body if the blood pressure and rehydration fluid disturbed then the hemopathy act lounger than normal and also less impact so the situation may be complicated.
