Do you prefer tea or coffee?

I prefer green tea this time, but before I drank only coffee. I just don't like to drink coffee. I sensed my body is full of sugar hehehe.

I drink black coffee/tea or green tea also. People say that they doesn't taste good but when I have to drink tea without sugar so for me they taste good. I don't know if green tea is healthy for the body but I dont feel anything good by consuming it.
