Since I am working with three companies now, so I need to work during daytime and nightime. But I see to it to sleep in the afternoon.

I usually stop working at midnight during my working days. I got used to it. Then, I need to work in the morning and sleep in the afternoon. A routine that I am used to it now.

I agree with you. BPO industry is with this kind of night shift. As for me, it is not a job that I wanted because I cannot work graveyard shift.
