Do you sometimes try doing some electric works in your house by yourself?

There are some times when a few things or electric things get spoilt in the house and you may be forced to do it by yourself. Actually, some people don’t like to do anything for themselves. They basically call the electrician for everything.

Are you one of those who gets forced to do electricity works by themselves at home or you pay someone to do it for you?

No, I never experienced it. Once there's a problem of our electricity at home, my sister calls the professional electrician commissioned by the electrification office to do fixing electrical problems of the people.

I usually ask my uncle to do this. It is not my expertise, so it is better to ask someone to do it for me.

If it's a little thing like reconnecting a wire or changing a few plugs and the likes I can do them. Anything other than that I let an expert handle it.

Even seemingly minor projects like installing a new light fixture carry major risks of electrocution, fire hazards, and property damage if not done properly. I never mess around with electrical systems beyond changing a light bulb.

Yes, me or my wife resolve it small electric faults by our self. The electrician here charge lots of money even for the small work. So to save money we do it ourself.
