Do you spend sleepless nights if failed of something?

yeah it can be very disturbing when you have something on your mind it can give you a sleepless night but I tried to sleep off.

I can also sleep but it takes hours to wait for sleep to knock me off usually dawn. It feels bad if we lack sleep.

That depends on the seriousness of my failure. I seldom have many sleepless nights when I failed. I may not have a good sleep thinking about why I failed. But I usually move on quite quickly.

I sometimes feel this at random. I tried to resolve these problems and move on. Regardless, I will take it lightly as much as possible.

I spend long stretches of the night thinking about those failures. I eventually sleep off on those thoughts. Never spent a whole night thinking.
