Do you still drink milk?

I am back to drinking milk after three weeks drinking of Milo. I cannot sleep right away once I drink Milo.

If you want to drink milk, it has to be the natural one, anything else no longer contains the proper nutrients.

I am drinking the right milk Ensure which is expensive. It's good for health. I consume one big can monthly.
