Do you take chilled water

I was advised by my medical friend that I should stop taking chilled wster thst it I'd not good for the body. So I stopped since then. Do you still tske chilled water?

I also stopped drinking chilled water. It harms my teeth. I prefer normal water, mineral water.

Yes I noticed that when I take chilled water it does affect my teeth and legs so I have stopped it now to avoid future health problems

Yes, I do. I usually have cold water every day. Besides the point, it makes me feel refreshing when drinking cold water.

I live in a tropical country, so I need to drink cold water to quench my thirst. But I don’t do it often. Most of the time, I have warm water daily.

I seldom drink chilled water. But when I have beer, I prefer drinking chilled beer, especially when I am having hot pot. For water, I usually drink lukewarm water.

I don't think its even good to have chilled water, I do like cold water but not chilled as it's not good for us and can cause cough and cold

I don't like chilled water so I normally boiled my water and warm water instead cause the chilled one causes me sort throat.
