I mostly try to ignore and consider to rest, sleep and it works most of the times.

Do you take meds for headaches?

I don't usually like taking meds when am having headaches. When i have headache i rest head and do less work but when is a serious one i take meds and sleep to avoid me getting sick.

I don't drink meds for headache too. I just also drink lots of water.

When I have a mild headache, I put on some Chinese medical oil on two sides of my forehead. It is quite effective. For serious headache, I take painkiller.

I try to avoid taking meds for headache unless its so terrible and even yesterday I was experiencing headaches in the evening and opted to sleep around 9.30 and didn't took any meds

Yes, I do take meds for headaches occasionally. When the pain becomes too much to handle with just rest and hydration, I usually reach for over the counter pain relievers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.

Nowadays, I think those headaches are just stress induced. I just find a way to sleep and by the time I wake, they are all gone.

We should let our body heal on it's own and it's not good to have meds for every ailments that we experience in our day to day life

Times like this when I have headache i usually go for a cup of water and then get some rest. That's what I need.

Unless, my headaches are too much excruciating, I do not take any kind of medications to treat my headaches
