Do you take pills even for the small ailments?

I am a sort of person who doesn't take medicines for small ailments. I have been people who take medicines even for a sneeze which I feel is not good.

We should avoid medicine as much as we can. Do you take medicines for small issues?

I had cough and it started on Saturday. I know I got it from my sister who has cough and colds. But mine was just started. I did not take meds but took my vitamins. And increase the intake to boost my immune system.

Personally i hate taking drugs so i would rather not take any drugs and just rest. The funny thing since this year 2022 i have never taken any kind of drugs till date.

I am taking Vitamin C, but I observed I cough after 5 months of taking Enervon C. I suspected my normal vitamins were depleted because of Evervon -C. I stopped taking this vitamin C and I noticed for 3 days now I no longer cough.

The last time i took medications should be around early this year, that was because the ailments griped a good portion of me. I naturally dislike any thing related to medications, i do try hard to avoid taking them even for strong ailments talk less of the small ones.

If there's an ailment, we need to take medicine to avoid complications. There are people despite very sick never take medicine they prefer traditional way of healing worse if the sickness worsens less chance to get well if a sickness is associated with complications.

It was never advisable to rely solely on traditional way to heal like taking herbs and the likes, firstly the dosage is not accurate compare to drugs it is either too much or not enough, also sometimes the wrong sickness is been battled while the real thing was left untouched.

That's absolutely correct, one sickness if not properly medicated would resort to complications. It's good to use traditional medicine like herbs using if the sickness is ordinary if not like ulcer it surely complicates.

I don't think there is any ordinary sickness in real sense because at the long run the sickness will eventually grow to something big if proper care is not taken. So it's better to consult the medical personnel when sick and besides those traditional herbs are super bitter .

That's true like flu and fever it's not good to ignore such sickness for it might be covid and only ignored or treated as if just an ordinary flu. It's good to see a medic to get healed as soon as possible.It's also contagious even if ordinary flu.

I like your opinion since it is what I do most time but it is not advisable at all. Some ailments should be better tackled when they are still small, not every sickness can be contained by the immune system and also some symptoms aren't what they seems like.

For small issues, I do not take medications. If I think I may have a cold, I'll sleep, drink lots of water and take Vitamin C and zinc.

That's better. I also don't take medicines for small ailments. When I have a light fever I take crocin and take rest and get well.

Its better not to take pills for every ailment as it will only make our immunity bad and we should let our body heal on its own for small ailments

I have seen people taking medicines even for head ache which is not good. Some people became so habitual of taking medicines.

Nope, I naturally dislike any thing related to pills and medications, i do try hard to avoid talking drugs o don't like them

Even I used to take meds for headaches but have read a lot about the ill effects of meds so these days I do my best to avoid taking any pills at least for headaches
