Do you take pills even for the small ailments?

I don't take medicines for small ailments, I don't see it healthy to do so. Sometimes ailments such as headaches, flu and nausea just need a good rest, hydration and taking some soup or lemon water.

Well, nothing wrong with taking pills but it should be in moderation so that you don't get addicted to it.

I do not usually take medicines for small ailments though I may use other methods to improve my immunity to recover quickly.

I don't take pills for conditions that I know has to do with fatigue. I would just take rest and I would be fine.
