There are times when you have some customers who always want to talk too much and they usually seem like away of distracting you maybe while counting your goods or so?


That’s why I don’t talk too much while attending to my customers. What about you?

When those kinds of customers come around, you really have to suspend everything and attend to them. In the business world, you must accommodate all kinds of customers.

Some customers just are demanding. You have to accommodate them too. If possible, give them a time that you would be comfortable talking to them.
It is one of the parts of salesmanship to entertain them as much as possible. The aim is to sell something to them at all costs.

Anyone that is in business should just make up his or her mind that he would be a talkative. There are always queries from customers to answer and you must talk.

In business we need to talk to our customers to buy our item but now I don't just talked much all I do is tell them the price of the goods if you like you buy if yo you don't like go elsewhere

Ideally we should not because not every customer likes to talk a lot and thats why it's better to talk only when it's required and not all the time

I don't have a physical or online business but have handled customer services campaign - I answered queries from customers over the phone. I handled complaints and escalations. If the customer wants to talk about the experience or the bad situation, I let the customer talk about it.
