Every business should give a free trial for their customers in order to create trust.

I would prefer that too because I want to know what I am buying in advance. However, most companies do not offer this business scheme.

I also prefer to test the product, if satisfied then purchase it. Here free trials are very rare if you like and have confidence on the product then purchase it.

I think the only products that offer free trials that I have seen are software products. It is difficult for you to see physical products with free trial in my country. I don't know if it is available in other countries.

I do agree that not all companies will go with this scheme. Although it always happen during the trade fairs or events. I will also buy if I do like the products being used for free instantly.
