The companies I've worked for provide good working conditions. That said, I believe there are some which have very bad conditions.
Do you think most companies have good working conditions?

It is one of the things that the company should consider because having a good working condition will enhance the profitability of the business.
I don't think most companies have good working condition because if they actually do, a lot of people will not be switching from one work to another.
Some companies have excellent working conditions while most doesn't. Some organizations don't even care about the welfare of their staff. All they care about is that they work and generate money.
Some have good working conditions and others too have very terrible working conditions that stresses the staff and make their work difficult. Imagine a laundry company that has not considered to drill a borehole and staff have to go fetch water with buckets.
Multi-national companies have very good working conditions like Del Monte Philippines, Nestle Philippines, Coca-Cola Bottlers, and other giant companies. Those not good are like mediocre companies. But the workers just kept it for sure afraid of losing a job.
Most workers are stressing themselves on a daily on jobs with a bad working environment just because they don't have any other option. I taught as a single teacher in a school that had more than 1999 students.
That surely would be the case to keep the mouth shut afraid of losing a valuable job. There are also schools having bad working conditions, facilities so poor, and ventilations so poor. But teachers just think about what they see as did not exist situations.
I have seen schools that still use chalk boards and the teachers have no choice than to make use of it. I think these private schools are the major culprits when it comes to terrible working conditions.
Private schools in my country are the best schools.Rooms are airconditioned, comfort rooms well-equipped, clean and the canteen so clean too. But the tuition is expensive. The kids have free snacks morning only.
Unfortunately most companies have poor working conditions, including some where I used to work. So the employee turnover rate is very frequent, because few employees are able to last longer.
I have experienced a bad college in poor conditions. It was the mayor who invited me to teach art time and the salary was awesome, so I accepted it but only for one semester. I cannot swallow the poor systems, poor toilets, and aircon only in the office, and fans very few. I brought my mini air conditioner in the classroom.
I also experienced a bad workplace. Very minimal facilities, even though it is a large company that generates a lot of profit and has a lot of employees. I only eat sober, rice, vegetables, tofu and fried tempeh. There is no egg, fish or chicken menu. The salary is also very cheap, so I only lasted a short time.
That is what happens in most laundry shops, and if to say it is for all these new laundry shops, it would have been understandable m But well established laundry shops engage in this practice too.
