Do you think religions treats women inferior?

According to my basic understanding of religions, all religions treat women inferior. If you don't believe go and read your religious books. You will find a lot of instances where religious books say women are inferior. Correct me if I am wrong?

I don't think every religion does that. There are few religion who even don't like their females to study.

All through the Bible there are so many instances God used women. In the book of judges there was a female judge that went to war and led men. God honouring Mary is also another.

Sikhs don't treat women badly or look upon them as inferior and they have a special place in Sikh Religion and from her kings are born so how can they be inferior?

I do not think that religion treat women unfairly. In most religion circle especially the Christian circle both the male and female are giving equal treatment. There are no discrimination..

It is a fact that cannot be denied. Unfortunately, there are set of boundaries or norms that other religions treat women differently.

In some contexts of books, women portrayed inferior. But then, they serve an open eye that it should not be like this.

In my view, it should be like this. Unfortunately, it is not possible to some religions. They tend to give certain roles of these men and women.

I do not have any idea about that if based it in the history written in the Bible, I cannot attest that women are inferior, But there is a religion in my country whose minister abused young girls and he is now wanted in the Philippines and abroad.
