In my opinion, writings can be changed through the years. Although the exemption for certain things that can be changed, such as inventions created by scientists,etc.

There is nothing that could be lifetime the parameters are changing every day and every week so you could say this thing is impossible to be done in current situation and next week you have a new source of income then you could do it.
