Actually, you can't please every one , even if you lie flat for them to pass , they will still say you aren't flat enough , just do what you think its best according to you and you will be fine , you can only please yourself.

This is a tough question, because it's very hard to blame ourselves for anything that we do. Honestly, I can sometimes come to work late, which I know is very annoying.

True, the funny thing about this is that you might actually be trying to do your best but they would still consider you as not being good enough if they want to. The best thing is to just do your best try to achieve your goals.
