We eat our leftovers for so many days then if there is any leftover it gets tossed or frozen depending on what it is and how much is left.

I seldom threw leftovers unless they are spoiled. For rice, I like to fry them with eggs. For other leftovers, I just reheat them or cook them adding new ingredients
