Do you wait for specific times whereby you can get some discounts and offers in the shopping malls?

There are some specific times that different stores give some discounts and offers on some products for example during the sensitive seasons, back to schools among others.
So do you really wait for that time so that you can benefit from that.

I look forward to sales and discounts, but if I need something I might buy it without waiting for discounts.

Here, some stores in shopping malls offer discounts on a particular day of each week. I usually wait and buy on that day, unless I need something urgently such as OTC drugs.
