Do you wish to have a leader that pampers you?

Human beings are generally non conformist and resistant and they generally would prefer to be feeling good. As a person, do you wish to have a leader that is weak and pampers you or you wish to have a proactive leader that would always let you know that you are wrong?

I do not want to. I prefer acknowledging my milestones at work than being pampered. It is not the right thing to manage his or her subordinates to praise them without any basis at all.

I don't necessarily want one who pampers me excessively. I'd prefer a leader who challenges me constructively and helps me reach my full potential.

I do not need the leader to pamper me. I hope my leader can inspire me, develop me to my fullest potential. When necessary, s(he) should also criticize me in a constructive way.
