We have an off on weekends. But sometimes when we have lots of schedules which can't be completed in week days we have to work on weekends too and have to go to work.

There's no work here in my country if it's a holiday. But all of us can work online as online earners part time or full time. Even those WFH employees aren't allowed to work during holidays.

Yes, i also work on holidays. There are many people who work on holidays and they get paid for that.

I only have 2 days off every year, its Eid Al Fitr celebration, and beside that my shop is always open

Probably, but some of them are given a specific period of time but only a few. They may be given some days off.
