Do you work on holidays?

Sure that the best thing as freelancer, you can have much free time but you need to work in holiday when jobs come.

I think that it is very tiring if you do not have holidays. I cannot live without holidays.

Because I work online, everyday is my work day I don't have holiday. Working online for me feels like I am not even doing anything so I feel like working on holidays is nothing

If we have to meet deadlines I require my staff to render overtime with pay. I am not allowed to collect compensation but my staff can collect. However if I work on holidays due to election period I can collect and this is the time that all of us in the office are busy.

In my country, a holiday is just like any other day. Most service industry works like the hotel, restaurants, shopping malls are likely to be working on everyday of the week including holidays and weekends.

As a freelancer and a content creator, I work on holidays nd weekends. I might not be working as much as a normal working days but I always make sure to work at least a couple of hours.
