As far as you have certain values you want to promote, you must give rules that would push to see that those values are met. Anyone who doesn't like it should leave.
You definitely right. Why would I keep an employee if they acted or refused the company's rules. It is how the world is in business. Before the company's operations, they had created these rules to be followed by the employees and its staff.

Did you see my other points where I said something about realistic rules? The rules have to be realistic. Not all those kind of rules that defy human capacity.

How could employees perform work well f there are no rules and policies to follow? They may abuse the business owner. The business owner must see to it that each worker is not deviating from the rules.

The company has every right to set certain reasonable rules for employees to follow. Rules help establish expectations and providing guidelines within which to conduct daily business activities. Rules are also necessary to ensure that the company is complying with the legal regulations of the country in which it operates.

I think that almost each and every kind of business has its own rules and they must be followed for sure. If you do not follow those rules, then things could go bad. The fact of the matter is that following rules is important if you want to succeed.

Yeah, business owners or a company have the right to give the employees a rule and they employees have to follow and respect the rules of the company that they are working, it is the agreement that we signed when we get the job so it is mandatory to respect the rules that is given by the employee.

Where there are no rules, disorderliness and chaos reign supreme. It is not out of place for businesses to give their employees rules to follow. If the employees can't keep to the rules of a particular organization, they are free to leave.
