Does business phrases bother you?

Do any business phrases bother you at all? Are there any particular expressions that you would like to share, that is annoying to hear or say all the time?

The one I hate most is "Work has began in earnest". It is often used to put staff under pressure and make them feel they have to do more.

For me it is " i we get back to you" for does in Nigeria, i am very sure they know once someone says they would get back to you, especially after you have discussed price with them. 95% of them would not return.

I don't think I have ever had a business phrase
It's also possible that I have but can't remember it.
I don't really know much about business phrase but I don't really think I would like them also

Seriously whenever I hear this kind of statement from any customer that I'm trying to convert, I would simply give up because I know that majority of them use it to push me away.

I also dislike hearing "we'll get back to you". To me, that means they won't come back. Another phrase I do not like is "We'll complete the task as early as possible". To me, there is no commitment in completion deadline.

The business phrase that bothers me is, "Terms and conditions apply" It always means issues with the offer.
