PayPal, I guess never had a referral program. I have been with PayPal for almost two decades and I have never found any referral program there. Generally, referral programs are a way to get traffic and popularity. PayPal is now very popular and doesn't need marketing. When it started, it was one of it's own knid and just got a lot of popularity in short time. It never had to rely on referral program.

I have been using Paypal for decades. I find it easy and safe to use. Their customer support is great. But I am not aware that they have a referral program. If they do, I would recommend my friends to use them.
