I have seen many companies allowing advances to their employees at a guarantee of some other employee and they are given the option to replay back in installments and mostly their salary is auto-debited for an agreed amount every month so it's still a good option for employees.

It follows the same here payment done thru payroll deduction. I been doing it when I was new to my work. I had a project that time and that was to buy new dining table made from China hehe. I didn't have savings that time.The price of that dining table with 6 chairs was 28, 000 pesos or $ 575. I paid it thru payroll deduction good for 5 months.

I get some companies allows that by knowing every detail of the person so that they will be able to reach the person even though he tries to run away

It depends from the financial money situation of the company. Some company doesn't have the money even for the salaries of their employees and delays in payment then getting advance is pratically impossible especially if it is something like chirigucal operation to a member family.

Since I am working as a freelancer, there is no benefit like this. This compensation usually goes from companies offline, which is feasible to motivate their employees.

Where i used to work, i do not think the company allows this. Though i have not seen any of the employees ask for advances, but knowing who we work for, he might likely not agree.

Some companies might pay their employees in advance, but this is not a really common thing in here. Almost all the companies in my country always pay salary after the employee completes his term or at the end of the month.

In my previous company that I used to work in the employer used to pay us a salary advance automatically. There after they pay is the remaining salary at end months.

Yes company allows this but only when the person is a permanent employee for minimum 2 years

There are companies that allow a cash advance to employees but none in the university where I work. One can file for different kinds of loans.
