Does Your Company Allow Advances to Its Employees?

This is true because I tend to see a lot of people who spend their monthly salary in a day because they are owing some money

When I was working, I was always told to get salary advance if I needed money. But I disliked it. I never for once bought the idea of collecting advance. I love my salary in bulk.

I once worked in a company whereby they gave us advance in the middle of the month, 15th of every month. I found it more conveniently to get that money in the middle of the month. It caters some transportation and other petty needs.

Every company suppose to have borrowing schemes for their employees. In fact many companies are using this procedure as a scheme to retain some workers . My wife's company use to allow old staffs that have worked for five years to have access to collect some loans from the company and the payment will be deducted installmentally from their salary.

Yes some companies usually do this but for some they only allow this for certain level of staffs, its usually not open for every employee to have access to, this would prevent people misusing this opportunity.

Cash advance is usually done by small offices or businesses. The management cannot release employees salary on time so cash advances are done. When it's salary time the money left isn't enough.
