Does your company have equal pay for equal work for every gender?

In my company it is equally paid to all gender only management need quality work, if someone not give quality in work their salary may be suffer. Although this is not happening suddenly but if someone is consistently not performing well then he/she may get ready to face anything.
Companies would not have equal pay because there are different positions and higher positions are meant to receive more salaries.
