I can assure that my company is following that and they pay equal pay to equal work to every gender which is a very good thing.

In my company it is equally paid to all gender only management need quality work, if someone not give quality in work their salary may be suffer. Although this is not happening suddenly but if someone is consistently not performing well then he/she may get ready to face anything.

In Hong Kong, companies are offering equal pay for equal work for both genders. As a matter of fact, it is unlawful for a company to offer, on the ground of sex, different terms and conditions of employment.

I am not an employee of a company because I tend to work online. I work on many sites and they pay all the members equally regardless of their race, religion, or gender.

No, usually the amount of salary depends on the task and position. The higher the position, the higher the salary. Usually men will earn higher salaries than women, because men have more dependents and their work is heavier.

Well, it is true that we men have many dependants and we have a really big responsibility to feed the family and this is why men might be paid much more and this is understandable.

The organization I worked for, people with the same qualifications and levels don't even earn the same. Your pay is determined by your ability to negotiate. And the boss told us not to discuss our pay with other staff.

Many company pay attention to gender, age, academic qualifications etc to determine the salary rate. In the company my wife is working, they pay the men more than women especially when it involves physical activities. Once it involve manual work, men have upper hand in terms of payment.

In the corporate world, it is quite different. Women are paid higher than men. I think it has to do with the fact that women know how to negotiate more than men.

My company has not gotten to the stage where i need to hire others under me, but when it comes to that level, i would definitely give equal rights to each gender.

Yes, I understand very well, That's okay, because even though most men in my country are married, they still support their parents and their unmarried younger sister or biger sister, and so on.
