Does your Job Combat Discrimination at Work?

In my former place of work there is on form of discrimination because all the workers are from the same tribe and workers just like each other without a particular rule

For me I think the discrimination in workplaces is a must in a the traditional metropolitan workplace set up. This is because the majority tribe or race of the people would discriminate the minorities.

I do think that it could be a culture in a particular company. But I hope that companies will discourage this practice. Moreover, it is not allowed to other companies in the business world.

I have realized that it's very difficult for the business to combat the discrimination for that matter.

Speaking of being a threat in a company cannot stop being discriminated by co-workers. It is a fact.

I have never worked in very big organization, I have always worked in a small organization and there was never any kind of discrimination.
