It is legit paying site I am falling on acceptable criteria, I can do good work there but they only allow Paypal transaction which causes the hindrance to work there.

Either someone help them by giving them their PayPal. Or they sign up the paypal account when they are not in Nigeria. I still need to ask them how they manage to get their paypal account. This paypal issue is giving me sleepless nights

Try to ask favor to your friend in other country to create PayPal for you. You just give your data. Create an email ad exclusive for PayPal. Make sure your friend doesn't have PayPal. What do you think?

That's true, that site hires only English native speaker. They have strict and fully implemented policy. Let's find sites that hotel non native speaker of English. It's hard to find though.
