Painters must display their paintings in a logistic area like malls for there are well off searching for the best painting. There should be an Auction to be initiated by group of painters. They can't sell live in Facebook for example. It's a matter of commonsense.
I also saw some painters at tourist spots but the fee they charge were pretty low. Wonder if they made good money.
