Yes there are so many requirements like live demo lessons with audience the kids. They will also decide if they like your teaching or not.

That's right, the best demo is to inject humor so kids get amused. They will surely approve you as their online teacher to teach them well.
I think this job is not for me. Majority of these online tutoring websites would like hiring professionals people that losses qualifying certificates from the TESLA and other examiners elsewhere.
Most people would not be allowed to work on the respectively workplaces. This is because the level of the rejection rates are so high and most people would not qualify for the post.

That's because teachers were trained during their college days in the classroom. There is always series of demos, reporting, and lesson plans making. They must also pass the teachers board exams.
That's true, becoming a teacher actually requires a lot of training and exams. Of course passing the board exams is a must before they become qualified teachers.
